sindex Wilds Pathfinder Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: California Guild: Swords of Night & Day [SWRD]	Steam on Mac + Portal free. Steam has officially now moved onto Mac. However I know many Mac users who already run the steam and it’s games off from their Mac, before it going official. Furthermore to support this glorious day for Valve’s accomplishment they are releasing Portal for free. Now for all of those who never understood why “the cake is a lie” or why is it good to be “Still Alive,” catch phrases can now play Portal for free. Start by downloading the Steam Client (link here). Also for those who don’t like reading words, I have a trailer of the announcement here (via youtube).

Bob Slydell Forge Runner Join Date: Jan 2007	I purchased the Orange Box a while back, but never got around to playing portal (it comes with the orange box) So I went ahead and played it for the first time. Took me about 4-4 1/2 hours straight to beat. 5/5. One of Valve's best kept secrets, amazing game. I urge everyone who doesn't have steam to get it and download portal. Steam accounts are always free and portal is free till May 24th. Windows or OS X, both platforms have Portal free until then, and Portal runs very well even on my old system. http://store.steampowered.com/freeportal/
